Why was i interested in this job?
The first question, and subsequent questions were about Dave Ramsey products. I thought it odd that my qualifications were glazed over, only to discuss more about the products.
How will you gather, edit, build, and post content from such a large variety of content providers without a solid style guide or content review process in place.
How would you handle being overruled by a superior or having to step back from a work conflict?
Almost every interviewer said that "while it doesn't matter for the job" (yes it does, if each team is asking you the same thing), before asking "what's your favorite video game?"
