Weirdly simple, but hard for someone new to the tech world to answer: What does ServiceNow do? As a writer, I don't think their website explains it well; it's all marketing/tech jargon. Do some googling to get a better outsider's point of view on the company and how they compares to competition. Also, try to familiarize yourself with their tech, because they do seem to put emphasis on hiring folks who already understand it. In the end, I got an offer and didn't understand it, but it was something they emphasized as a possible concern with hiring me.
