It wasn't the questions that were a challenge. It was the fact they give a very friendly persona, DO NOT ask questions that are a concern or a challenge even when you exceed the job description but seeking the role and can easily help the company to achieve better financials, keep them out of legal issues and ability to support the stakeholders. Again, Beware, do not trust them and wouldn't even consider applying again.

The initial phone interview with the interim exec was good. But the follow up on site visit had one in person interview with the HR manager (neutral) and an interview with the finance manager via skype. He did most of the talking and asked me very little at all! Mostly told me what they were looking for and indicating that things were a bit of a mess (i.e. no real systems in place, etc.). I only would have accepted this position if they had met my salary reqs; which were obviously too high for them.
