First round was like a five minute elevator pitch of my career which I am not even certain the recruiter paid attention to. Second round was trying to ascertain my character, if I could work in a chaotic environment and handle working across different things when needed. It was Bert strange and felt discriminatory; that they are looking for a very specific kind of person. Third round was about my sector-specific experience.
