External factors the business could improve in? Technical Interview: Starts off with easy questions around your degree: I.e How would you measure the speed of a rotating shaft? Then you are presented with a diagram/graph and asked to explain it (done 3x) Finally, a list of topics is given to you. You chose one topic and explain it in as simple terms as possible (all the topics are quite complex)
