They asked about my previous experience and how it was applicable to the position.
Questions for my interview: - Provided an innovative solution - process improvement - unpopular decision - Failed - communication was lacking and you improved - ambiguous situation
The gave a matrix as an input and you had to determine the values. It was a wonky question that I've never come across before and didn't know how to interpret.

I had to prove my knowledge of standard Ladder logic (Timers, Sealed Circuits/Latches, Etc)
