Alle relevanten Grundkenntnisse wurden abgefragt und auch durch Testaufgaben geprüft. Vor Ort kamen darüberhinaus auch über das Berufsfeld hinausgehende Kenntnissen (z.B. SEO, Advertising) sowie bisherige Arbeitsproben zur Sprache. Auch über das Unternehmen, Zielgruppen und verschiedene Projekte wurden Fragen gestellt. Man sollte hier nicht nur qualifiziert, sondern auch gut vorbereitet sein, was in meinen Augen sehr positiv ist! Dies ließ bereits früh auf eine äußerst professionelle Unternehmensführung schließen (was ebenfalls positiv auffiel!)
