There were no really structured interview questions. It was more of a conversation about ad tech and index exchange's place in the market. If you interview for a similar position, brush up on your jargon!

Explain a project that went well, and one that didn't go well.
None of the questions were unexpected. They asked about my philanthropic involvement (ATB is very invested in the community and probably seeks like-minded employees), they asked why I wanted to work for ATB, and they asked job-specific questions related to my knowledge of current marketing campaigns (theirs and others). I wouldn't say anything was unreasonable or weird.
