I was asked about my experience, career aspirations, and what kind of pace I enjoy working at. There is a steep learning curve at Fusion, but they are transparent about it so no one is blindsided. They also had me do a writing exercise, which I found easy.
What is the most challenging project you have worked on?
From my perspective, the most important questions were about how I handle feedback on my work and navigate it in a professional setting. I think this is especially crucial because working creatively under someone else is always a challenge. Adapting your approach and thought process to fit someone else’s vision is often more difficult than people realize.
