The Analyst gave me a series of papers with 3Q results from a corporate and a dozen of accounting-related questions to be completed in half an hour. The analyst left me alone to complete the questions and then came back to discuss my answers together. Questions were like: 1) which ratios would you use to assess company's profitability? calculate such ratios. 2) what's the effect of an increase in depreciation on the 3 financial statements? And other similar questions, mostly accounting-based.
