The test was a numerical ability one. Please practise a lot of percentages, data extraction, visual data (tables and bar graphs) extraction. Every question had a limited time (I think 75 seconds) and a number of options (so no guesses allowed). The test is taken by Korn Ferry, so you can practise a free test at their website.
