I can’t remember specifics but they asked very skill specific questions. This was not framed as a learning opportunity - They expect you to be able to perform from day one.
They inquired about social media fluency, willingness to perform "less glamorous" parts of the job, as well as desire to learn more about the financial services sector.
What was your past experience
How will you run the function, what facets will you focus on and what will be your priorities.
To give an example of how I have showed customer & company awareness in my previous role.
I was asked to provide ideas for how to better communicate to partners instead of pushing comms through emails
