The process was divided into two phases. The first phase, conducted with HR, focused on behavioral questions, such as how I handle challenges and difficult situations. It also aimed to assess my cultural fit with the company and my professional seniority for the role. The second phase, with the Hiring Manager, was more technical, evaluating my marketing expertise with a particular focus on strategies for expanding acquisition channels.
