I was asked to critique a current line of packaging and what I would do differently to improve it.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? (I have never really nailed this question.)
I remember being asked if I was a cryer in my second interview. They openly told me that several of their employees cry on a regular basis at work. This made me nervous but I thought it was more of a joke. I soon realized that they were being completely serious.
