It also has a 2% processing failure rate (other services only have a 1% failure rate). For the second method, how would you increase the utilisation of that cross-border product? The product is mainly used in jurisdictions where the bank does not have a presence or the recipient is not a customer of the originating bank. There are 10 million active users, and 5% of active users actually use the product, but 50% of those users don't use the product again. Also, the bank knows that at least 30% need this product. Overall the bank aims to increase the users from 5% to 30%; how would do they do that?
