Very stupid things about your personal thoughts and values! Waste of time! You can get the same information about people by talking about there work experience and what they can bring to the table! I'm rating this interview process Difficult because you are honestly just trying to say what they want to hear so you can get past the "gatekeeper".....
Q: how have you used customer service in the past?
Cruise specific questions prior to any cruise experience. I had never been on a cruise or seen a ship other than on tv.
The role play included them giving you two packets of information including how to answer the phone, the different rooms offered, prices etc. Then they give you about 15 minutes to review and study the information, then give you a call and pretend to be a guest wanting to book the room.

What aspects makes a good sales person?
What do you think you can bring to the role?
Descripe a time you handled a irate customer and how did you solve the issue
Be ready to role play. They will ask you to pretend to sale an item.
