the first interviews are mostly about you and your career progression so far and why zscaler, how you came across the company, what is the understanding you have about the role you applying for etc. Other interviews like the QBR one, you have to prep and the panel pretends to be customer. That one a bit more challenging as the panel really play like a real customer!
Name one time you thought outside the box?
During the presentation, one of the interviewers who was playing the role of the client asked, would you give me a discount if I resign? This was difficult because I did not know what they discount policy was at the time.
Regular questions related to experience and former jobs, although the session was more oriented trying to find a direct answer to incorporate in their strategy than explore candidate's skills and potential.
