Describe a time you had to overcome a challenging situation.
Most of the questions were based off of my resume and were behavioral type questions being answered in the star format.
"Tell me about your sales experience?"
4 part question: What should happen to a shoplifter (in general)? What should happen to someone stealing from a store they work at? What would you do if you saw someone stealing at work? What if it was something small, like a chocolate bar?
How will you benefit centurylink?
The sales call was the most difficult part...just stay positive and keep talking asking questions, and asking for the sale....I had to ask at least 3 times....she isn't going to just sign up immediately.
