The most difficult or unexpected question is when a customer ask where an item maybe located in the store and you have no idea what or where this merchandise could be. I never tell a customer I dont know, I usually find it for them in a timely manner. I love my job !!!

there shouldnt be a difficult question or unexpected one if you know what your going in there for. meaning know your desired position as if you've worked it before.
The interviewer may deviate from the script even though it is highly discouraged. When I did interviews I got to know the person I was interviewing a little better than the script, to get a feel for their work ethic and goals. Not everyone is an orator so I tried to keep it informal.
