They wanted to know how you felt about return to office. They were pushing strong for in office work for the full week, not hybrid- which I was looking to avoid.

They asked about complex enterprise clients I've worked with. There were many situational questions of how I've dealt with certain situations such as how I've turned around clients that weren't adopting the tool, or how I've grown certain accounts. I was asked about my book of business and was tested on my knowledge of DocuSign via a presentation.
They asked me what I would do if somebody was having difficulty with the app such as not receiving notifications but they had said that they have got their notifications setting switched on.
How do you handle situations where you don’t immediately know the answer to a client’s question?
