A lot of situational questions regarding customer service, priorities, multi-tasking, problem-solving, teamwork, project management. What drives you? What stresses you out? What is your fear? Why would you be a good fit.
Questions included things like "why do you want to work here, how do you handle diverse opinions/perspectives, how did you approach a difficult problem and what was the result, etc". They did NOT ask things like "what's your greatest weakness" or "why did you leave your last employer". Nor stupid questions like "you see a coworker stealing money from the register, what do you do". I've had to answer questions like this on interviews for OTHER employers, but this 6-question self-recorded video interview didn't ask anything like that.
