How would you handle a situation where you disagree with a colleague on the implementation of a feature?
- 1 Indian and 1 Irish interviewee. - Irish did not ask any questions at all but the Indian. - 80% irrelevant questions which was deliberate so that I do not perform well.
They want to make sure you stay with company for a long term since they will have a long term training on employees. Also, they want to make sure you know the job position you applied.
