I did not receive an interview. I don't know if a human being looked at my resume, or if it was just automated tracking software that threw my resume in the trash. Or was I screened out because I'm "overqualified"?
What would be your biggest challenge in the first three months?
Nothing. If you have collections experience. You can easily crack it. Though you will be bombarded with Lot of scenarios however since Oracle has lot of favoritism that goes on you might be selected within 15 mins or you might not be selected even after 2 rounds. So, it all depends on the Luck & the interviewer who takes you interview!!

Questions were pertaining to past job history, responsibilities in those roles, and reasons for leaving those roles. I was asked for reasons why I was looking into that specific role, the company, and that field of work. I was given clear descriptions of the job responsibilities of the role and other possible jobs I would be a fit for that they were hiring for.

Tell me more about yourself. Why do you want to work here? Why did you leave your previous workplaces? What's your biggest weakness? Why do you think you could do this job if you have no experience? (it was an entry level position)
