For the technical case I was given two hypothetical scenarios (MMM and dashboarding) and was asked how I would organize the project in big bricks, workstreams, staff the team and the timing. For the business/startegic part I was given a case and had to give reasons why the company didn't have any client data and how I would organize and sell the project to them. The HR and culture & fit interviews were pretty standard and more conversational.

Questions were around my current team structure, my work, some situational questions etc. The discussion lasted for about an hour and I felt the discussion went pretty well. To my surprise the consultant informed me that I did not make it to the next round, reason was not shared by the Bloomreach HR(despite attempts to get the reason behind rejection) I think we should value each other's time . Bloomreach should have shared the reason for rejection when the candidates ask for it. Its quiet disappointing when candidates have no clue what went wrong even when though the interview went very well.
