They also ask tricky questions to see if you're willing to work overtime for free and agree to unrealistic deadlines. They don’t even tell you how much they’ll pay, yet they’re already talking about working under pressure. Not only that—they expect you to pressure your coworkers just to earn the title of “Lead.”
