The questions were irrelevant to the job role and duties. Nothing from the domain from which you are applying. Each level of interview they ask same question. I was enthusiastic about the role to work with Axon however, asking a potential candidate to work on report and presentation and not even looking at it was a big turn off for me. I would not recommend, they lack in terms of management.

They asked about my previous financial analyst experience, making sure that I understood the fundamentals. They also wanted to know how capable I was at using Microsoft Excel.

They were asking ambiguous questions that were difficult to convey over the phone. Like: Describe the biggest spreadsheet that you have had to deal with. Also other Excel questions like what are the shortcomings of some of the Excel Lookup functions.
Why do you want to leave your current department?
They asked about my goal would be for the future if I got the job at LEGO (Which I think were a good question)
