The usual interview questions e.g why do you want to work here etc. Physics questions were conceptually difficult but they never assumed physics knowledge. It was in order to understand how you approach questions and handle new information that they give you.

A lot of questions about statistics, some were general questions about math behind some of the most well-knows ML models. I answered quite poorly on statistical questions and got fairly rejected
