Describe a project in which you have been involved
The recruiter is very clear in summarizing all the benefits outside of base salary before asking you to give your range. I was not quite prepared to give a range yet since I have been working overseas most of my career and was not sure what would be appropriate for the States including taxes. The recruiter persisted until he got an answer from me stating that it was protocol to be recommended for the next round. My advice to others is to do research before hand on what is reasonable.

Mostly behavior based questions in the in-person interview so not too hard, most technical questions were asked by the hiring manager in the phone interview, but even then no rigorous technical questions.
Design an innovative version of XXXX
Cross section of conventional MOS transistor with parasitics. Vertical power MOS. Folded cascode, transfer function, indicate what nodes bring the poles of the circuit. Fundamentals of noise and matching. Draw a buck-converter with P.I. feedback.
