The recruiter during screening stage will ask you all the standard interview questions such as "tell me about yourself" "where do you see yourself in 3 years" "why are you switching jobs" Then, you'll meet the hiring managers/team leads and they'll ask you situational questions; "how would you better our current processes" "go into details about your previous experiences" "what do you know about chainlink, etc." They seemed to have a lot of interest in what kinda impact you can make in the position you're applying for. My project was a 30-60-90 day plan & I was compensated with a $500 Amazon gift card
