All interviews sort of over flat - its all about demonstration of evidence to how you align with these 4 points (1. Coachability, 2. Intelligence, 3. Track record, and 4. Character). Each interview may focus on one area more than the others, depending on how you answered the previous interview q's. Lon g process, but I managed to get it done within a few weeks. Meeting all these people gave me a great opportunity to question them and ensure it was a good fit for me.
