I was asked a tech question on telephone which I answered very well and surprisingly interviewer ask me if am reading answer from my computer. I felt very un-professional behavior on their behalf. Then I was asked to come for face to face and do a technical programming exercise on machine. I got stuck somewhere and they said on face to me that you are not even match for junior developers. I accept I may not be as per their expectation but found their behavior very unprofessional and rough. Am happy I didn't get this job and would not recommend any one unless they are very desperate. Salary offer was good though company doesn't look very established.

During my phone JS interview, I got a lot of general CS questions. The questions were a bit frustrating, because they're things you know you can just Google search and find the one-line answer you need without any actual effort. Things like writing a function to determine if a string is a palindrome or writing a function for the Fibonacci sequence - things that don't have any real use and just exist as stereotypical interview questions.
