If you had to work with a difficult colleague, how would you maintain communications to get the job completed effectively and efficiently?
The questions were pretty easy for the most part. They did want me to explain to them how I could be an asset to the team.
No difficult or unexpected questions - all basic ones like "what makes you a good fit for this position" and "where do you see yourself in 5, 10 and 15 years."
