What are your strengths and weaknesses?
The first interview was comprehensive about my background and skills applicable to the role. I can remember only two questions from the second interview: what is your background, and would you be okay working at the associate level? I walked away from the interview very surprised I wasn't asked more questions; the interviewers did most the talking. It wasn't very conversational for that reason. It was a well organized process, however, and I received a nice and professional email from the HR rep informing me they had chosen another candidate.
Tell me about your previous work that you think positions you to succeed in this role.
One example of a question was to explain how I would transpose my experience and skills in the role for which I was applying.
On a scale of 1 to 10, rate yourself on the following software and applications: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.

My background check had something that i was ashamed of but they appreciated my honesty
