The position required a great deal of writing and because of this, they wanted a writing sample- something substantial, not just a page or so. This ultimately sealed my fate as I did not have a sample that would satisfy their length requirement (very understandable, IMO).
None; interpersonal skills and ability to understand and implement BD strategy is foremost.
