Tell me about your biggest failure.
The interview was standard in regard to questions. Asking for my background, reasons for leaving, and knowledge of the organization. I was also asked to supply examples of my grant writing at my current organization which was a difficult request to honor given my current employer's security policy. I do wonder if as a result, the quality of what I supplied impacting not receiving an offer.
