I initiated the warm up conversation. I was cut off and asked to walk through my resume. There was no prompting or follow up questions. I would pause and ask for feedback. Half way through I was cut off again, and asked what in my background made me want to work for Starbucks. Keep in mind I exceeded their qualification expectations, with over 20 years in multi-unit retail leadership, including being a Regional Sales Director for a Fortune 40 company. The experience was nothing like what their recruiter had set as the expectation.

Can you sell. Sell me something. If you know something that is wrong do you tell your manager or just ignore it since it does not pertain to you. Good you ignore it!! Everything stays in house. No need to spill the dirty laundry to everyone.
