I think that most were standard. The questions are behavioral, and I liked that part because it forces candidates to really pull from their experiences versus hypotheticals.

Asked to go into great detail about a specific business problem I had faced in the past. There were about 10 follow up questions probing the decisions that had been made and about the outcome.
Questions were situational and behavioral. Wanted to know what public service I did outside work. Since most of that type of volunteer work is thru my current job I don't think she liked my answer. But most questions were tell me about a time where you did this or that. Not a lot of questions about actually running a business.
