GOOGLE APPS SALE In one of your sessions (the "Google Apps Sale" interview) you will roleplay as a Google rep who has booked an in-person, 30 minute meeting with an IT Director at Worthington Schools in Ohio. Worthington doesn't currently use Google Apps; it's your job to sell them. Please don't prepare a presentation or demo. This is designed to be a consultive sales conversation. Basic school info about Worthington: 17 schools, 10k students. Suburban district Outside of Columbus Ohio.
They asked a million questions over the span of 5 interviews, including a presentation which I nailed.
If you had a client that was willing to buy $X million in merchandise, but you knew that in two months that merchandise would not benefit the client, would you still sell the merchandise to the client knowing that information?
What enterprise customers I had sold to in the last 24 months. I was asked to walk through my selling process in detail and explain how I handled objections.
Very basic questions were constantly asked on phone and in depth during 1:1 in regards to who are you, what are you looking for and why are you looking to be a part of Cook Medical? The in-person interview was inundated with "EXPERIENCED" sales questions proper protocol and what would you do type scenarios in conjunction with again... who are you, will you fit in, what are you looking for and why here?
