Questions were situational. Wanted to know what public service I did outside work. Since most of that type of volunteer work is thru my current job I don't think she liked my answer. But most were tell me about a time where you did this or that. Not a lot of questions about actually running a business.

Tell me about a time where you have to satisfy a disgruntled customer
Many of their questions are asking for a scenario when you did xyz and how it impacted the business or person you were working with. They are looking for very specific examples.
Talk about disagreements with your supervisor
Take me through your most difficult situation? Tell me how you were able to overcome the obstacle in the situation.
