No unexpected questions or degree of difficulty. They (interviewers) only seemed interested in their own accomplishments versus the applicants. Did not recognize transferable skills and very close minded. Would never recommend Ross Dress for Less to anyone.

He really never asked me anything, just kept dismissing my experience and when I disagreed with him, he became argumentative.
