Zoom interview - one of the hiring manager asked me a question I had just finished answering. He obviously was not paying attention. The same hiring manager then muted himself and took a phone call while I was in the middle of answering a question he asked me. Extremely unprofessional and made me realize this is not someone I wanted to work for.
The interview did not reflect the job description. The role seemed to be a more junior position yet they were asking questions that seemed to be more for a senior position.
Met with the recruiter and then hiring manager and another PM. They said in two weeks they’d decide. After two weeks, checked back in with the recruiter who responded and said they needed another week. 1.5 weeks wen by with no contact and I send another email asking for status and there was no response.

Interview
I enjoyed the experience reflecting on my career and putting things in perspective. I took this very seriously and spent a good amount of time on it. I wish I had been given an interview from the experience, though I understand the job was given to someone internally.
Tell me about a time you had to solve a complex problem, how did you approach it and what steps you took to resolve the issue and what was the outcome?

Interview
The HR and Manager were friendly, but after 2 Interview rounds, I didn't get any feedback: I tried by phone (no one answered) and also by email. Unfortunately this happens with some companies. :-(
