Have applied to 17 relevant positions over many years, and although I have 20+ years of successful experience of driving sales growth of highly technical product lines by double-digit percentages (from 12-34%), the hiring managers appear to be afraid of hiring anyone with greater experience and/or results than they've "actually" achieved. HAVE NEVER BEEN GRANTED EVEN ONE INTERVIEW!

Question 1
It was very easy, because I was never allowed to interview in spite of experience at General Electric, Johnson & Johnson, and Zimmer-Biomet. It appears hiring managers are afraid to hire anyone who has more experience, or has achieved significanly better results with technical products than they have ever achieved.
