The interview process happens in 2-3 steps. The first one is the initial interview with HR to learn about the candidate and the job profile. The second interview is the most important with the head of the department. This step took 1-2 hours. Lot of questions in reflection of the resume. Very thorough and also amicable interview. The 3rd one is with the HR to finalize all the details related to compensation, work model and legal aspects.
