I applied for the role on a job board in May and the recruiter got in touch with me a few days later to invite me for an interview with the change manager and the business systems transformation programme director. When I arrived at the office, I was taken to a meeting room for the interview. The change manager wasn't there and wasn't told that she wasn't going to be at the interview so had to with someone else instead. The interview focused on my past experience, projects I've worked on and then I did a typing test on a RAID document. A couple of days later the recruiter got in touch with me to say that no one got offered the role and was put back on the market.
