Interview
There were a total of three rounds of the recruitment process. The first round was an online aptitude test (Test from home) which had some basic aptitude questions along with 2 guesstimates questions.
Based on the test, a shortlist was released and the shortlisted candidates were invited to appear for a case study round. The case study round had 3 sub-sections. The first section involved a GD based on the problem statement. The second round involved analysing the case and report your findings and solutions in a one-on-one interview. Each candidate was given roughly 20 minutes to first assess and analyse the case and then 2 minutes to present their finding. The third section involved a numerical on the same case which was again of 20 minutes. The rounds were non-eliminative and shortlisting was done only after conducting all the three rounds of case study.
After the 3 rounds of case study, shortlisted candidate appeared for one personal interview lasting about an hour. The interview was mostly based on your CV. A few case studies and HR questions were also asked.

Interview
The interview process consisted of four stages: phone screening, Teams interview, case interview, and a final interview with the manager.
Overall, the process felt unnecessarily long for a role that pays well below the industry average. I was also required to travel for the two final stages, but they did not cover my flight expenses.
I was rejected, and the same position was posted again the day after I received the rejection email.
While the interviewers were professional, the time and cost involved made the process disappointing. I would think twice before applying.
Hr email me first, and schedule a date for phone interview. They asked about my salary expectation. Maybe it was out of their budget, anyway there were no follow up next
Long interview process, even did an entire presentation based on fake data provided. After three rounds of interviews and putting together an entire presentation I never heard back. Very unprofessional, especially since they said I was one of three people still in the process.
