One phone screen, then feedback provided. Then a panel interview on a case study, with the direct team. Then two interviews with stakeholders. Scheduling happened sequentially. The weird part, is for one of the follow up interviews, I got questions like I was interviewing for a Data Science role. Then I was ghosted. Sent follow ups to the recruiter and didn't hear back after two weeks. I don't think I'd ever work for a company that clearly doesn't value their people
