I went through a phone screen followed by two rounds of interviews for what is an entry-level frontline role. The process felt a bit extensive for this position, and I was surprised there wasn’t any assessment of writing skills or typing, given the role focuses heavily on written communication. I was also told, both in writing and verbally, to contact the recruiter for feedback. I sent an email but haven’t received a response. If feedback wasn’t going to be provided, it would have been helpful to know that in advance. Despite this, I found everyone I spoke with to be kind and friendly, and the company seems like a great place to work
