My interview process was via a staffing agency. So my first initial call with their recruiter was about 15 mins, with the basic initial questions to ensure I was basically qualified and interested in the role. Then I had a 30-45 min Zoom interview with my manager. And a final 30 min interview with 2 people I'd be working with more-so to ensure I was a good personality fit. Different departments at eBay interview differently. But I felt mine was clear & concise.
