Interview
The interview process was overall straightforward, but the scheduling and time management were quite poor. I was asked to report around 6:00–6:30 PM for the Versant test and the managerial round. However, the Versant test began around 7:30 PM, and the managerial round did not start until after 10:30 PM.
Additionally, I was informed about an aptitude test that needed to be completed after both rounds. This test could have been conducted earlier while I was waiting, which would have saved considerable time. The entire process concluded around 12:10 AM. As no trains were available at that hour, I had to arrange a cab for my return.
While the interview itself could have been completed within an hour, it ultimately took nearly six hours due to inefficient scheduling. Overall, the process was simple and the interactions were positive, but better time management and coordination would significantly improve the candidate experience.

I was asked to speak on the topic of COVID-19 as part of the interview to assess my communication skills and ability to express ideas clearly.
It's a 4-stage selection process consisting of a Group Discussion (GD), an aptitude test, and 2 interview rounds.
The interview was quite easy overall. Just make sure you're well prepared with capital market concepts, as they are an important focus area. Stay confident and all the best!
