Had call with recruiter, then hiring manager, then on-site, then ghosted. It's been a month, sent four emails to recruiter asking for status, no reply, called recruiter, no answer. Very unprofessional considering I did an on-site. A simple boilerplate "We're pursuing other candidates" reply would do.
